Precise cutting of pretzels and rolls - up to a height of 5.5 cm. Thanks to the infinitely variable height adjustment, the horizontally moving long knife always hits the center on pastries; the exchange of pretzels on cakes is a matter of seconds. An oil of long knife is not necessary - that guarantees a genuine taste.

Operating
Cutting - but always with two hands. The two-hand operation ensures safety during the cutting process: The machine consists only in movement when both hands work together. The cut is made with virtually no effort on a robust lever mechanism. The machine is cleaned within a few minutes, then ready for use immediately. A simple screw mechanism allows the blade switch with little effort; a replacement blade is included.
